Arkansas GeoLibrary Metadata Entry System

Welcome to the Arkansas GeoLibrary Metadata Entry System. This system will allow users to enter geospatial metadata via an online entry form or by uploading an existing file that contains the metadata record. Existing metadata records that can be uploaded must be in FGDC Encoded .txt, .html, .sgml, or .xml format. Those who use ESRI's ArcCatalog, Intergraph's SMMS, or MetaParser from the USGS can easily export their metadata records in any of these formats.

Metadata records ingested by the CAST Metadata Entry System will be published to the Arkansas Geospatial Clearinghouse Node of the FGDC Clearinghouse.
